Language Learning Tip #10: Difficulty Doesn’t Necessarily Mean Complexity
Language Learning in Bhubaneswar |
“Rome Wasn’t Built in a Day.” Neither
were achievers. When it comes to learning languages, it’s definitely not an
easy task. But that doesn’t make it full of complexity. Today at Mr. Class we decipher the importance of
difficulties and challenges faced in learning a new language and how you can
grow from it.
A pursuit as time-taking as language
learning, requires a fair amount of motivation and practise; but that’s not
all. Now that may seem somewhat challenging but when you think about it, it
isn’t that scary at all. Read, Listen, Write, Analyse, And Remember. It’s not
any tough hand-eye synchronisation that you require to attain to do it with
ease.
According to Polyglot Steve Kauffmann,
the secret to learn new dialects lies in reading and listening a lot in the
dialect and speaking whenever you feel ready. While the Irish Polyglot Benny
says learning new languages is just like reading a new book, you have to invest
into it from day one till the day the book is completed, and once it is
completed only then you can realise its meaning. Basically all the Polyglots
conclude that learning a new language requires a lot of Reading, Listening,
Writing and Speaking.
Now, everyone learns languages
differently. According to the author of ‘Success with foreign languages: Seven
who achieved it and what worked for them”, Earl W. Stevick that all the seven
achievers hadn’t learned a language similarly, so there’s no hidden secret
passage that straightaway leads to the chamber of learning languages. It all
depends on what’s going to work for you and what isn’t working. So, once you’re
in suppose, got yourself into a German learning class in Bhubaneswar, don’t waste your time running after courses
and tactics that isn’t working for you and rather wasting your time. Also,
always know that there are plenty of ways in learning a language which are
based on the four pillars of learning: Reading, Listening, Writing and
Speaking. So when one way doesn’t work, the other might since all the ways lead
to the same destination! There, we told you the secret to learn new languages
easily in a single line!
